Manchester United target Jadon Sancho in close contact with Marcus Rashford ahead of switch
Borussia Dortmund star Jadon Sancho, who is a top transfer target for Manchester United heading into the summer, is in constant touch with Red Devils superstar Marcus Rashford. This is according to BILD head of football Christian Falk. (h/t Express)
Sancho has grown into one of the best young attackers in Europe since making the move to Borussia Dortmund from Manchester City back in 2017. One of the best performers in the 2019/20 Bundesliga, the 20-year-old has emerged as a primary transfer target for Manchester United. (h/t Express)
So far in the ongoing campaign, the England international has scored 17 goals and assisted 19 more in 36 appearances across all competitions.
Speaking to lfctransferroom (h/t Express), Falk has revealed that Manchester United have been chasing Sancho for months now, further adding that the winger has been in constant touch with our star striker Marcus Rashford.
“Manchester United has been chasing him for months. He is good friends with Rashford and they keep close contact with one another.”
Falk, though, added that he does not expect Dortmund to sell their prized asset in the coming summer. However, he did claim that an offer of €100million might tempt the Germans to cash in. (h/t Express)

Sancho has been dropping hints on social media about a transfer to Manchester United when the transfer window opens. There is no doubt that he will be an excellent addition to our squad.
However, with finances affected, it will be interesting to see if our club meets Dortmund’s valuation of the winger.
