Rakitic revealed that speculation regarding his future is not something new. He has put up with the same for six years now and is not surprised by it. (h/t Metro)

“For the moment, I am very happy here and I am thinking about other stuff.”

The Croatian revealed that it is always his intention to fulfill any contract he signs. If there appears to be any difficulty in doing so, he rather sits down and irons out the differences. (h/t Metro)

He also admitted to being happy where he is and is currently thinking of other stuff rather than worry about his future. (h/t Metro)

Raktic has enough in his locker to add to the United midfield. At 32, the only downside is his age. He does not fit the profile of the young, talented players we are looking for.

However, the Croatian has played in some of football’s biggest games alongside some of the best in the game. He would act as both an inspiration and a mentor to the younger players.
