Man United urged to splash the clash on these 3 top-class stars including PL duo

Manchester United urged to sign Varane, Kante and Aubameyang

Manchester United have been urged to sign Raphael Varane, N’Golo Kante and Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang by TalkSPORT host Adrian Durham (h/t Express).

Durham believes that United need a new center half in spite of Chris Smalling’s good form on loan at Roma.

He has earmarked Real Madrid’s Raphael Varane as the ideal candidate for the job. The Frenchman’s Madrid contract runs out in 2022 and Durham reckons that the player will be ready to move on then.

 “I would say he’s a definite.”

Napoli defender Kalidou Koulibaly has also been suggested as a reliable defensive option.

The presenter also wants the Red Devils to go for N’Golo Kante. The Chelsea midfielder is one of the league’s best defensive stalwarts.

A key player for the Blues, Durham believes securing the Frenchman will free up United’s fullbacks to get forward.

Durham is also keen on Arsenal’s Aubameyang whom he calls an absolute must. The striker’s contract at the Emirates expires at the end of next season.

Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang

He dismissed the Gabonese striker staying at Arsenal if the club did not qualify for the UEFA Champions League.

The presenter was also adamant that the player will not stay at Arsenal given his age.aubameyang

“But I think at his age I just cannot see him staying at Arsenal, I just can’t.”

Currently 30, Aubameyang won the Premier League Golden Boot last season. An award he shared with Liverpool duo Sadio Mane and Mohamed Salah.
