Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish prefers to join Manchester United
According to the Sun, Aston Villa midfielder Jack Grealish prefers a move to Manchester United in the summer.
The 24-year-old has impressed for Villa in his first season in the Premier League. The local hero has nine goals and five assists in 26 appearances for the Villans this season.
Grealish was linked with a move away in January. However, he chose to stay and help the team fight relegation.
Grealish favours a move to Manchester United in spite of interest from La Liga. Real Madrid and Barcelona are also interested in the 24-year-old.
The midfielder will cost £60million and is contracted to Villa until 2023. The player’s interest in the move will come as a relief to the United faithful.
Having already signed Bruno Fernandes in January, United can bolster their midfield significantly if Grealish joins the club in the summer.
