Manchester United want to extend the contract of Marcus Rashford and are willing to double his wages to £150,000-a-week, according to the Telegraph (h/t Daily Star).
The report claims that Real Madrid are interested in the English striker but United have opened talks with the striker’s representatives. The 21-year-old also sees his future at Manchester United, according to the report, and this comes hot on the heels of Anthony Martial penning a new deal.
The report adds that Rashford has a deal until the end of next season, and United have the option of extending that contract by another year.
Tying Rashford down would be a great move not only for the present but also for the future. The Englishman can become one of the best in the world, and staying at United would be the best for his development.
Rashford has found the back of the net 9 times this season with 6 assists too. The 21-year-old scored the winner in our game against Leicester City.
