Manchester United are on the lookout for deals in the winter window, according to the Daily Star, and one player that seems to have caught their eye is Youri Tielemans.

The Monaco midfielder has been linked with a £20m move to Leicester City (h/t Daily Star), however, La Derniere Heure (h/t Daily Star) claims that United, Barcelona and AC Milan have contacted the Ligue 1 side for the highly-rated midfielder.

The 21-year-old Belgian joined the Ligue 1 side in 2017 but has seen them struggle this season. Monaco are in the relegation zone and recently sacked manager Thierry Henry. The former Arsenal man only took charge a few months ago but wasn’t able to pick up the right results for the side from the Principality.

The report adds that Tielemans is open to making a fresh start and has a contract at the club until 2020. United have no problems in matching Leicester’s valuation of the Belgian but have to move fast if they are to beat the Foxes.

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has turned the side’s fortunes around since taking over and hasn’t dipped into the transfer market. There isn’t a lot of time left in the winter window, but Tielemans would be an incredible signing for the Red Devils.
