Paul Pogba hasn’t had the greatest of seasons with Manchester United. The Frenchman was involved in a bust-up with Jose Mourinho in the training ground, and was removed as the club’s vice-captain by the manager.

The Express reports that the Frenchman was linked with a move to Barcelona and Juventus, however, in an interview with RMC Sport (h/t Express), the Frenchman claimed United will always be his home.

“Coming back to Manchester United was like coming home. This has always been my home and it forever will be.”

Pogba joined United from Juventus and helped us win the Europa League. However, things haven’t gone great this season as we sit nine points behind the league leaders after just 10 games.

United struggled at the start of the season, but have picked up seven points from their last three games. We beat Newcastle after going two goals down and were seconds from picking up all three points against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge.

Pogba scored in our 2-1 win over Everton, but it wasn’t a vintage performance from the World Cup winner.

Although Pogba is one of the best in the world, his performances need to improve under Mourinho. There will always be interest in the player, but hopefully, he can turn things around at Old Trafford.

The Premier League might be a bridge too far to cross this season but we still have the FA Cup and Champions League to concentrate on. Should Pogba play to his potential, there could be silverware coming to Old Trafford.
