Marcus Rashford was on target as England recorded an incredible 3-2 win over Spain in Seville. The Manchester United striker scored one and Raheem Sterling bagged a brace as the Three Lions raced to a 3-0 lead within 40 minutes.
The youngster has had a tough time in the United shirt this season but his form witnesses an upturn as soon as he puts on an England shirt.
Rashford has scored four goals for his country and only one for the club this season. Hence, there is something which Gareth Southgate is doing right which Jose Mourinho isn’t.
As a matter of fact, the 20-year-old has started just four games for the club in all competitions, and some fans are convinced that Mourinho isn’t giving him enough chances. Therefore, if the Old Trafford club wants more from the player, they should hope the manager provides him with more opportunities to do so.
Had Marcus Rashford missed the chances he did against Croatia for #MUFC, he would undoubtedly have been dropped for the next game, and probably criticised in public. He isn’t thriving for his club because he isn’t allowed to.

Nice of David De Gea to let Marcus Rashford score last night so he could gain some confidence. Ultimate team man, our Dave.

Bring this confidence back to United. Hopefully this what Marcus Rashford needs to get on a rich vein of form.

Great performance from the lad. Ready for Chelsea now

Marcus Rashford bags a goal and an assist for England..proof if you ever needed it that he can deliver on the wing against the best on the counter. Has to nail down that position for United – even if he still dreams of playing as a No.9. Easy to forget he’s still only 20 #mufc

And of course, what a performance from Rashford. People simply forget how talented and young he is. Not everyone can be world’s best at 19 like Mbappe.
Rashford could achieve so many great things in his career! #MUFC

Given the way Lukaku is playing Rashford should get a go up top…

Say what you like about Southgate but he gets way more out of Rashford for England than Jose does for United. Could be confidence, encouragement, man management, playing him from the start? But he’s a different player in an England shirt talent wise
