Romelu Lukaku is open to a move to Juventus when asked about a move to the Serie A, according to Gazzetta dello Sport (h/t Daily Mail).

The Belgian striker hasn’t scored regularly for Manchester United this season, and only has four Premier League goals to his name.

The 25-year-old’s brother plays at Lazio and joining Cristiano Ronaldo would be one of the attractions at the Old Lady.

The former Chelsea man was quoted (h/t Daily Mail) as saying:

“Why not? I hope it happens. Juve have a great project in place and they just keep going. Every year they try to get stronger.

“’Without doubt, Juve are one of the two-three best teams in Europe. They’ve got a great coach on the bench and extraordinary players in every area of the team.”

Lukaku also named a couple of other players that have impressed him at the Serie A giants.

“Cristiano Ronaldo stands out, but watch out for the others too. Paulo Dybala is already impressive and getting stronger, while I love Douglas Costa.

“He’s an exceptional signing and his career shows he always makes the difference.”

The report claims that Lukaku is contracted at United till 2022 and joined the Red Devils from Everton in 2017 for a fee of £75million.

The Old Lady have a number of top forwards at the club with Ronaldo, Dybala and Mario Mandzukic leading the line.

Lukaku has to pull his socks up at United as we haven’t started the season well. We are eighth in the Premier League after eight games and have been knocked out of the Carabao Cup already.
