The Express reveals that Manchester United are finding it tough to find new players as many of them are unsure about joining the club due to the current environment.
This could throw a spanner in our works for the winter window because the report adds that current players are spreading “damaging” stories about the club via private networks.
One member even claimed that players are being told that the atmosphere is “toxic” at United. Alexis Sanchez is the latest player to have a problem with the manager. (Express)
The Chilean travelled with the team to London but was not part of the 18-man squad for the game against West Ham.
Jose Mourinho has had problems with some United players since pre-season. The Portuguese continues to have a frosty relationship with Paul Pogba and has even removed the Frenchman from the vice-captain’s role at the club.
The players and manager don’t seem to be getting the results we need and the club are currently trailing the Premier League leaders by nine points.
