Ruben Neves of Wolves has been linked with a transfer move to Manchester United and Arsenal.

Manchester United target Ruben Neves has attracted the attention of Italian giants Juventus, as per the Mirror. The report adds that the Old Lady are also keeping close tabs on Diogo Jota, who is Neves’ teammate at Wolverhampton Wanderers.

The 21-year-old is wanted by Manchester City but United could beat their rivals to sign him, as per the report. Neves joined Wolves from Porto for a fee of £15.8million but the Mirror claims that he is a £60m target for the Manchester pair.

The youngster is tipped to become one of the best central midfielders and is already a talisman at the Molineux. He scored six goals for the club last season and was pivotal to his side’s promotion to the Premier League. He has a goal and an assist to his name in four games this year.

United could do with someone like Neves in their midfield and it shouldn’t be a surprise that other big clubs are also keeping a close eye on the 21-year-old.

We cannot afford to let City strengthen themselves further by signing him. Losing him to a non-Premier League club would hurt less.
