Manchester United’s preparations for the clash against Tottenham have receieved a much-needed boost as Alexis Sanchez, Nemanja Matic and Antonio Valencia were pictured in training.
The trio missed our last clash against Brighton & Hove Albion and the team was limp as we lost the tie 3-2.
Tottenham will be a tough team to face but playing at Old Trafford could be the boost we need to claim the three points.
The away side have won both their opening games but we have a decent record against Spurs at home. The Red Devils will also be counting on a number of other players such as Paul Pogba and Romelu Lukaku to step up.
The Belgian got a goal in the defeat against Brighton and Pogba was all over the place. The Frenchman even questioned the attitude of the side after the loss.
Pogba would have to be at his best if United are to stand any chance of picking up three points against a quality Tottenham side.
We beat Spurs 1-0 in the corresponding fixture last season and even knocked them out of the FA Cup semi-finals, so there is more than a chance of us doing the same again.

This could be one of the biggest fixtures for Mourinho this season and if we have Sanchez and Matic back in the starting XI, a win at Old Trafford should be expected.
