Real Madrid having a poor season is a worry for a number of clubs as the Los Blancos would be rebuilding the side by signing the best players from across the world. Los Galacticos have struggled a lot this season and were knocked out of the Copa del Rey recently by the lowly Leganes.

Things have not been all that great in La Liga too as they currently trail Barcelona by 19 points (they do have a game in hand) and are at 4th place in the table. A report coming in from Spain claims that Florentino Perez will revamp the side and spend £436million on four players that he believes will change the fortunes of the Champions League holders.

Dele Alli, Neymar and one of either Mauro Icardi or Harry Kane is a trio that the club want and they are also looking to change their goalkeeper by bringing in Manchester United’s David de Gea.

The Spaniard was almost a Madrid player a few years ago when they came calling but they had to stick with Keylor Navas as fax machine problems ensured he remained a Red Devil. He has since flourished under both Louis van Gaal and Jose Mourinho.

Don Balon now suggests that De Gea is the first player on the list as they look to get back to winning ways next season. It comes as no surprise that the 27-year-old is in the form of his life and moving back to Spain will always be something at the back of his mind.

The former Atletico Madrid man would be a great addition to any club in the world and Madrid would have to spend heavily to sign the best keeper in the world. De Gea is still young and would only get better in the next five years or so.

So it is imperative that we keep hold of the Spaniard, irrespective of the amount of money that Real Madrid may offer. David hasn’t come out and stated that he wants to leave and has been incredibly professional since the failed transfer. Hopefully, he finishes his career here at Old Trafford.
