Manchester United fans are in for a sweet surprise. Unbelievably so, the club’s home kit for the 2017/18 season has been leaked online and boy it is absolutely classic!
The draft of the home jersey was leaked online by footyheadlines and image reveals that the new home jersey would be quite similar to the current one, with black stripes added to the sleeves being a major difference.
The base of the jersey is the traditional red that Manchester United are known to wear. The Three Stripes are white, as always. They are positioned on the shoulders this year, next to the tonal henley collar that is used on the Manchester United 2017-2018 home shirt.
The shorts of the new home kit will be white and black, while the socks will be black. Adidas will also offer alternative black shorts and white socks. The Manchester United 2017-18 home kit will be released in July 2017, and it would be available for the same price as the current shirt.
The final appearance of the jersey is expected to be closer to the draft image of it and if it is anything to go by as expected, the jersey sure to be an amazing piece.
Over the years, Manchester United’s home kit has always been a class apart when compared to that of other clubs. Next season as well, expect the team’s home jersey to be wonderful in appearance.
It would be better for the United fans to start saving up money to buy their beloved team’s home jersey come July.
