Manchester United have a secret agreement with AS Monaco for Portuguese winger Bernardo Silva. According to Metro, Man Utd have the first option on the winger and they have to activate the option within a certain date before the player is available in the transfer market.
Bernardo Silva has been outstanding for Monaco this season and has 9 goals and 7 assists to his name so far. Since joining Monaco in 2014 on loan, and then moving permanently in 2015, Silva has contributed to 40 goals in 3 seasons. The fact that he is only 22 years old only makes it easy to believe that he is going to get better with time.
A product of Benfica youth system, Silva never got a chance to shine for Benfica and Monaco have reacted well to grab the winger permanently after a good season on loan in 2014/15, where he scored 10 and assisted 4.
