The release of FIFA 17 is not far away anymore and Manchester United fans are exceptionally excited to see their players’ new ratings.
Before the launch, there has been the inevitable set of pictures leaked from the game’s beta version, which claims to show just how good each squad really is.
The much-awaited game for football fans around the world will hit the shelves towards the end of September and for months fans have been teased by the trailers and new features without being told how each player’s ratings and abilities will change in the new version of the franchise.
Manchester United signed a new three-year partnership deal with EA Sports last week, which might be the result of certain upgrades in the players’ stats and better character modelling.
Me and other United supporters who are avid FIFA players can hardly wait for next month to see the likes of Ibra, Pogba, and Mkhitaryan playing for Manchester United in the new game.
Let’s look at the top 5 Manchester United players in FIFA 17:
David De Gea: 91
The Spaniard has been the Manchester United player of the year for three times in a row, and his ratings in the upcoming FIFA game reflect that. He has been a wall in front of the goal since the time he joined the club. 91 rating is perfect and well deserved.
Zlatan Ibrahimovic: 90
34 years old and still one of the highest rated players in the game, Zlatan’s rating and stats will be more than enough for United fans to finally calm down and score some wonderful finishes in the game from literally anywhere!
Paul Pogba: 87
The most expensive player in the football history has a tremendous rating, given his age, and will no doubt increase as the season goes on. Players will be able to dominate the centre-midfield with this French beast. The new “dab” celebration will also be a further addition to the awesomeness Pogba will offer.
Henrikh Mkhitaryan: 87
The former Borussia Dortmund player has managed to keep his form going up every year in the EA Sports’ franchise. 87 rating is perfect for a player of his talent. Placing him at the wing, offering crosses and chances to the 90 rated Ibra will be a sheer delight.
Wayne Rooney: 86
The skipper got the same rating as last year’s. His stats have not been that great since he got off the cover for FIFA games with Lionel Messi replacing him. Despite that, 86 rating is going well for him with stats reflecting him being decent in every aspect of the game.
