Manchester United’s chase of Zlatan Ibrahimovic is nearing its end with the striker set to have a medical after Euro 2016. The Sweden international has been leaving hints about joining the Old Trafford outfit for quite some time now.
As per reports from Sky Sports, all the details of the contract has been ironed out and the final formality remaining is the medical. A one year contract is said to be in the cards and the reason medical will take place post Euro is that the negotiation took longer than expected. Both the parties are confident and relaxed about the deal as it is verbally finalized and United do not expect any complication with the medical as long as the Swede does not get injured.
Ibrahimovic became a free agent after running down his contract at Paris Saint-Germain and while there will not be a transfer fee involved, both the player and his agent is set to gain massive monetary benefits from the deal.
