Both Manchester United and Manchester City are poised to end their season on a low from what was expected from fans and board alike. As a result, we can safely announce that both the clubs will look to strengthen in the summer in order to challenge for the title next season.
L’Equipe has reported that N’Golo Kante has become a subject of interest to both the clubs and we may have a transfer battle in our hands if that happens. For many, Kante has been the engine that has ensured shock Premier League glory for Leicester City and it is only natural that he has attracted this level of interest.
The player may, however, decide to stay back in Leicester as everyone around the club seems to be happy. Manchester United will likely to strengthen and may have to go head on with Manchester City for someone like Kante if need be in the summer.
