Borussia Dortmund striker Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang has generated massive interest from the Premier League club after his superb performance this season. Having scored 34 goals for the club the 26 year old is likely to make a switch a big club in the summer.
Now the Premier League clubs have been put on alert as the player has expressed his interest to play in the Premier League. With the new £5 billion deal that is about to hit Premier League many players from top clubs will likely be heading to England and Aubameyang could be just one of them.
Speaking in an interview the player said that he feels his game will be well suited in the Premier League. He also has a desire to play in Spain if given a chance as La Liga and Premier League are the only two big leagues that he has not played. He has already played in France, Italy and now Germany.
He was quoted saying “I watch the Premier League for sure. I watch some games. The teams are very, very good and I like it because every game is open. And there’s so much space – and I love space because then I can run! That’s why it’s a very good and very special league.”
