Manchester United vs Leicester City: Match Preview, Facts And News

Manchester United welcomes the league leaders to Old Trafford on Sunday. United are in their best form of the season and look ahead to not slip in their last four remaining matches in the Barclays Premier League. Leicester City is seven points ahead of Tottenham Hotspur, who stand on the second place in the league table.
If Leicester City manages to win the upcoming fixture on the weekend, then they would win their first top-tier league title. It seems unlikely, as the Red Devils have been in a decent form in the past few weeks and also have the home advantage.

Match News:
Luke Shaw, Will Keane and Bastian Schweinsteiger still remains sidelined due to their injuries.
Adnan Januzaj also remains out for a longer time.
Jamie Vardy will miss the match due to the match ban.

Facts:
Manchester United have won just one of their last three against Leicester City.
Claudio Ranieri has won just two of his previous nine BPL matches as a manager against United.
Wayne Rooney has scored 99 Premier League goals at Old Trafford.
United needs five points in their remaining four league games to equal their lowest tally in a Premier League campaign (64 in 2013/14).
Tactics:
Either United is lucky or have been able to keep a respectable amount of clean sheets this season at home. They will feel very confident at the back, at least. Manchester United must grab a win in the same manner as they did against Crystal Palace, that is, by taking the lead at the beginning.
Van Gaal’s side performs better if they take are the first one to lead, inclining towards more attacks and dominating the match. There have been very few instances where United lost when they had taken the lead first at Old Trafford.
