Update: Barcelona Insider Opens Up About Selling Man Utd Top Target

Manchester United have been looking for a marquee signing for quite some time now and among several names, Neymar is the one the Red Devils are constantly linked with.

Now the club has received a major boost in their pursuit of the player as La Vanguardia has reported that FC Barcelona will not put up a fight if the release clause of the player is met. While a release clause of £150 million is no small matter, the Red Devils definitely have the capacity to pay that kind of money and may not shy away from spending in order to sign world class player.

The Catalan club is apparently tired of the player’s off the pitch antics mainly due to his flamboyant lifestyle and commercial endeavors. Moreover, the club is currently out of Champions League and have moved down from the lead at equal points with Atletico Madrid. Also, the player and his family is said to be unhappy with the tax related issue they are facing in Barcelona.
