5 Players Mourinho Might Sell If Appointed As The Next Manchester United Manager
The bookies are calling it and the media houses are reporting it — Jose Mourinho, the recently fired Chelsea manager is all set to join Manchester United next season if Louis van Gaal fails to win either of United’s next two games. If Mourinho does come in, we take a look at 5 players he could sell in order to reshuffle the team:
1. MAROUNE FELLAINI
The Belgian was key to a lot of what the team did well under van Gaal in 2014-15, but he has outlived his use now. He isn’t good enough to be a central midfielder for Manchester United, nor as an out and out striker. Jose Mourinho is known to employ specialists in every position, and it is unlikely he will keep the former Evertonian in the squad anymore.
