Manchester United vs West Ham Preview
West Ham United aim to become the first team in Premier League history to win at Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City and United, as they take on the misfiring Manchester United on Saturday. United, who have drawn their last 2 games to PSV Eindhoven and Leicester City, have been criticised heavily of late for their playing style. The Hammers, on the other hand, have been superb on the road this season, as their results show. This will be a real tough call.
Team News:
Wayne Rooney will miss out for United due to an ankle injury and defender Marcos Rojo is also unavailable after dislocating his shoulder in training. Phil Jones and Ander Herrera have not overcome the ankle and hamstring injuries they suffered at Watford a fortnight ago while Luke Shaw (leg) and Antonio Valencia (foot) are also out, but Jesse Lingard has recovered from a hamstring injury.
Andy Carroll is set to start for West Ham after Diafra Sakho was ruled out for around three months with a thigh injury sustained against West Brom last Sunday.Sakho joins Dimitri Payet and Enner Valencia (both ankle) on the sidelines but skipper Mark Noble and defender James Collins are available after completing suspensions.
STAT ATTACK:
* West Ham have not won since their win at Chelsea late October, and have drawn 2 and lost 2 since then.
* United are unbeaten in their last 13 Premier League meetings with West Ham, winning 11 and drawing two.
* Mauro Zarate has scored in three of his four Premier League starts for West Ham in 2015-16.
* The Red Devils have lost just two Premier League home games in 2015, a joint-league-low along with Arsenal and Tottenham.
PREDICTION:
2-1 to United from our sides, since Stevan Bilic’s side have hit a wall of late and United tend
not to lose games easily these days.Flashback
