The French midfielder revealed that he is yet to decide on his future amidst the transfer links.

He said, (h/t The Daily Express)

“As I told my agents and the club, I’m not fixed yet, I did not make a decision,”

The 22-year-old racked up 3 goals and 8 assists in the recently concluded season and played a great role for Bruno Genesio’s side to finish third in the Ligue 1 table.

And his array of great performances led to his international debut last year. He has earned 4 caps for France until now.

How will Ndombele fit into Solskjaer’s playing 11?

United are poised for a major summer upheaval as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer looks to add reinforcements for regaining Premier League supremacy.

With the departure of Ander Herrera, the Norwegian manager needs a quality player in the middle of the park.

Ndombele played as one of the pivots alongside his fellow teammate Houssem Aouar throughout this campaign. The former Amiens man didn’t shy away from running to both the boxes and contributing to his side’s attack and defence.

While Nemanja Matic has entered his 30’s, Ndombele looks like a perfect option to fill his void on a long-term basis.
