Reports from Italy (h/t Mirror) claim that Juventus are looking to re-sign former midfielder Paul Pogba from Manchester United.

The Frenchman left United to join Juventus where he became one of the best in the world. Pogba rejoined United in 2016 and enjoyed his first year under Jose Mourinho but the pair fell out this season.

The midfielder, however, has been excellent under Ole Gunnar Solskjaer and has helped United rejoin the race for the top four.

The report adds that Juventus are interested in a midfield pairing of Aaron Ramsey and Pogba. The Italian giants signed Ramsey from Arsenal (h/t Mirror) and the Welshman will join on a free transfer at the end of this season.

The Juventus management want to bolster Max Allegri’s side and want to sign their former player, according to the report. The Old Lady have been busy in recent years, signing quality players on free deals, and Ramsey is another brilliant move by the Serie A giants.

They made waves in the summer after luring Cristiano Ronaldo from Real Madrid, and re-signing Pogba could make them the best side in Europe. Losing the Frenchman would be problematic for the Red Devils, given that he is a world-class player who needs to work under the right manager.

It will be interesting to see how things progress this season as the Red Devils have been incredible under Solskjaer.
