£90m Superstar’s Agent: Real Madrid Star Will Only Move To Manchester United

The transfer window could get a whole lot sweeter, thanks to a report coming in from Spain. Diario Gol, via the Express has suggested that Gareth Bale’s agent, Jonathan Barnett met with Real Madrid officials and claims that the Welsh wizard will only move to Manchester United and no other club.

The 27-year-old moved to Madrid from Tottenham in 2013 for a whopping £90m transfer fee and has won the Champions League and La Liga titles but is keen on a move to United, something that has been in the works for a couple of years at least.

While the Welshman might have been one of their best players in the 2015/16 season, the previous season was a hit and miss since he picked up an injury and didn’t even start in the Champions League final.

The rise of Isco and his form for the La Liga champions is another factor that can play with Bale leaving, and it wouldn’t be the worst deal in the world if we do bring him in. We do have the money to spend and Jose Mourinho needs another quality winger in the side.

Another reason why Bale could be forced out of the club or even be considered expendable is because of the fact that Florentino Perez wants to sign Monaco sensation Kylian Mbappe.

Things aren’t as simple though, it never is with us and Madrid, thanks to claims that Cristiano Ronaldo wants to leave the country after his tax case and the manager of the side, Zinedine Zidane is desperate to keep the Portuguese in the side.

Should Ronaldo leave, it will be hard to see Bale leave as well but the Welshman, if he joins us, will take the side to another level. Last season, we didn’t have enough attacking threat and with Zlatan Ibrahimovic also not in the team anymore, we need to have the X-factor.

With Champions League coming back and a chance of even going better in the Premier League, Mourinho knows that he has a tough task on his hands and adding quality to the side is the only way of reaching our goal of dominating English football.

Bale might have only played 27 games last season but he will return with a point to prove and if he does it in our colours, we will be in for a fantastic season.
