Manchester United News: Bayern Munich Star Responds On Schweinsteiger Situation, Striker Going Nowhere

Manchester United have signed four new players to the squad this summer and the red Devils have been further linked with a move concerning Jose Fonte, however there and many things happening at the Old Trafford.

The Red Devils manager Jose Mourinho will not let young Marcus Rashford head out of the Old Trafford on a loan deal. Reports claim that the Portuguese boss has plans for the youngster for the 2016-2017 campaign.

The Sun say the United boss has told the young striker he’s still part of his plans for the season and will start seeing more action in cup competitions.

And their report quotes a United insider as saying:

“Marcus Rashford is going nowhere and clubs haven’t chanced their arm as a result.

“Jose has plenty of time for him in training and has already taken him aside and explained he will have his opportunities.

“He will be mainly used in the early rounds of the Cup competitions and when others need a rest. He’s a good kid and isn’t rocking the boat at this stage.”

Further Mourinho’s dismissal of Bastian Schweinsteiger has gotten many speaking out against the Portuguese manager. The 32-year-old midfielder’s family, friends and United fans too have spoken against the way the player is being treated at United.

Bayern Munich keeper Manuel Neuer has sounded off on countryman Bastian Schweinsteiger’s plight at United.

“It’s very bitter and sad,” Neuer said.

“We know how important Bastian was for all his teams, no matter if it was Bayern or the national team.

“For me he was one of the best midfielders in the world and still is.

“So it’s sad that the football world can’t see him right now.”
