Shocking! Manchester United Tracking This Premier League Goalkeeper As Long-Term Replacement For David De Gea

Manchester United’s goalkeeper David De Gea has been named their player of the season again and while it is not a surprise given the Spaniard played superbly throughout the season what is surprising is that the club is looking at other goalkeepers.

According to The Daily Star, the Red Devils are interested in 22 year old Jordan Pickford from Sunderland. The player has made his debut in January and has had three appearances so far. There is also the possibility that the current United goalkeeper De Gea may be subject to a move to Real Madrid once again this summer and in that case United seems to be interested to sign Pickford as the club scouts are impressed by his performance.

Jose Mourinho too seems to have no objection to a bid for Pickford and while the Black Cats are not willing to let go of their goalkeeper a substantial bid may be necessary to sign him.
