Saul Niguez is claimed to be a future star in Europe by many. He is already backed by many to become one of the best midfielders in Europe soon.

The 21-year-old Spaniard has had a notable season in the heart of Atletico Madrid’s midfield, but came under spotlight on Champions League night when he dribbled past four Bayern Munich players to niche past Manuel Neuer into the goal.

“It’s the most important and the best too. I was dribbling the ball forward, I saw that I’d gone past two opponents and, as I came into the area, I got it on to my left foot to score.”

Saul said of his goal in a post-match interview with AS.

Niguez has been consistent this season and been part of most of the matches in all competitions. His performance is similar to that of the Manchester United defensive midfielder, Morgan Schneiderlin.

His move to Manchester United will be a delight to see as he can very well partner up with Schneiderlin getting the team to play in the 4-2-3-1 formation. With Schweinsteiger struggling to get into his form at Old Trafford and Fellaini has failed to make a mark a the centre midfield since his arrival in 2013.

Saul Niguez can also be a solution to United’s defensive problems and can give the much needed strength required in the midfield. The Spaniard has many years left to play and can succeed at Manchester United.
