Saul Niguez, the 21-year-old target of several clubs including Manchester United has been reported to be ready to reject any offer that comes for him in the summer as per Fichajes.
Arsenal, Barcelona, and Tottenham are also understood to be interested in the £36 million player. Though he was purchased for only £3.9 million his release clause that is set at 10 times that value speaks about his potential. This season he has made 40 appearances and scored 8 goals in all competitions.
The report also claims that if Atletico were to sell the player Barcelona has the right to first refusal. Apparently this understanding was signed when David Villa was sold to Atletico in 2013. The news will be discouraging for Premier League teams as they were preparing to bid for Niguez at the end of the season. Manchester Untied and Arsenal both are looking to strengthen their squad as the competition in Premier League keeps increasing every year.
