Manchester United bid for Neymar last summer and apparently the bid was turned down even though it was a world record breaker. However in a recent interview, Neymar’s agent has made a shocking revelation about the player’s dream move that has come a major blow to Manchester United.
The player’s agent claimed that Neymar is currently happy at Barcelona but has not made any long-term commitment to the Catalan club. He also mentioned that Neymar would consider moving to PSG if the club were still interested in him two years down the line and that moving to Paris is a dream come true for any player (Neymar).
This comes as a huge blow to United who were interested in signing the talented Brazilian last year and kept on monitoring him even post that. United are looking to rebuild their team again in the summer and after comments as below, the Red Devils will probably look for talent elsewhere.
“He is a beloved player there and is part of the best team in the world. It is not easy to impose yourself at such a huge club, but the prospect of living in a city like Paris and playing for a club like PSG is a dream for every player too.” Ribeiro, his agent was quoted saying.
