Injury News: Player’s Return From Injury Boosts Manchester United’s Defense

Manchester United Transfers 2021-22

Manchester United Injury News

Luke Shaw’s double leg fracture was expected to keep the defender away from the club till the end of the season. But he was spotted returning to Carrington training base to step up his recovery. This will come as a strong boost for the team currently facing major defensive injury crisis.

This is a strong sign that Shaw could play again by the end of this season even though the player himself has stressed that he is taking the recovery process slow. Before the injury, Shaw was a natural choice for the left back position and he had been performing exceptionally well until that fateful Champions League game against PSV Eindhoven.

A double leg fracture is a lengthy injury and requires a lot of time to recover but Shaw’s progress has been superb given the world class facility and rehabilitation process at Manchester United. Luke Shaw was also the first choice left-back for Roy Hodgson’s England team and the player will be looking to regain his position again.
