According to reports, Renato Sanchez may complete a move to Manchester United on transfer deadline day. The Benfica midfielder has been heavily linked with a move to Old Trafford but currently carry a £60m buyout clause. The player, at only 18 years of age, is considered one of the hottest prospect in Europe.
United feel that with a huge BPL deal coming through and all the Premier League clubs getting wealthier, it will be tough to acquire Premier League players. Thus, they are looking abroad to add more depth and creativity to the team.
Louis Van Gaal has been acquiring younger players with a vision to build a strong team in the future. However, many people feel that the Dutchman may not have a long time left at the Old Trafford chair. The youth however are turning out to be a better deal since his choice of senior players like Schweinsteiger and Blind are not being able to make a mark in the League.
